Our payroll is fairly complex (multi-state, union & non-union employees, certified payrolls, and job-costed payrolls, etc..) which could not be replicated with the standard ADP payroll system offerings. Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. wrote a data conversion program to take a database export of our payroll data and convert that to a format that enabled ADP to process our payroll. This has saved our payroll department significant time with external reporting & processing, which is one of ADP's strengths. The program also allowed us to FULLY integrate our payroll reporting with other ADP's services such as: Electronic Pay-stubs, Pay cards, W2's, SUI and other tax reporting requirements, resolved with another program, which would have been impossible without Paul's product. Paul's program is simple, elegant, and does exactly what was promised. Paul was able to identify the programming & integration issues and provide ongoing support whenever we have had to modify the program. I would highly recommend Paul and his company for any programming services you might need. He delivers a great product, on schedule, and at a very reasonable cost. Two thumbs up!

Paul Tarver designed an interface which made it possible to process payroll in-house and upload information to ADP for tax filing purposes.  We have just completed our first year of working with Paul, and could not imagine going through this without his assistance.  We did not anticipate every issue that we were faced with, but Paul responded to any and all situations immediately and did what was necessary to get us through, often within a very short window of time.

We began our relationship with Tarver Consultants in November 2001. We have a complex piece-rate payroll for our manufacturing division where we track costs by the job as well as by operating division and we needed a way to upload our payroll to ADP. Paul Tarver was able to write an upload program in just a few days. In 2011, we changed payroll processors and with just a tweak to the program, are still using it today to upload our payroll data for processing of employee pay checks. Paul does excellent work and the service of his product has always been reliable.
